Synopsis:
Cotton pickers accidentally pick cotton-tailed Bugs out of the field and throw him in with the cotton being shipped via riverboat. Bugs disguises himself as a Southern gentleman and spars with Colonel Shuffle, a hot-tempered river gambler.
