Wile E. Coyote knocks at Bugs' door
Bugs Bunny and Wile E. Coyote

    January 19, 1952

Directed by Chuck Jones - Story by Michael Maltese - Animation by Lloyd Vaughan, Ben Washam, Ken Harris, and Phil Monroe - Layouts by Robert Gribbroek - Backgrounds by Philip DeGuard - Voice Characterization by Mel Blanc - Musical Direction by Carl Stalling

Wile E. Coyote, from Jones' Roadrunner cartoons, makes the first of several attempts to use Bugs to satisfy both his cravings: the thrill of capturing some helpless desert animal, and the excitement of using an elaborate scientific contraption.
Funniest Moment:
Wile E. builds a flying saucer that seeks out various animals (depending on what the switch is set to) and sends it out looking for rabbits to kill Bugs. It arrives at Bugs' hole, and Bugs puts on a chicken head, thereby confusing it. Bugs pencils in "coyote" and changes the switch to make the flying saucer find Wile E. and blow him up.
