    The midget gangster Baby-Faced Finster pulls a bank job, then disguises himself as a baby in a buggy. When the carriage, with the loot, rolls down Bugs' rabbit hole, Finster tries to rescue his booty. Probable inspiration for Baby Herman in Who Framed Roger Rabbit.
